Backed by N49P, Northside Ventures, Union Capital and other notable investors, we’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Director of Sales to build and scale our sales function from the ground up. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong point of view on sales methodology, and a track record of growing revenue through disciplined systems and high-performance teams.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process: early-stage founder-led sales → repeatable systems → team scaling
Close deals with SMB and mid-market hospitality operators in the first phase of the role
Build, customize, and manage our CRM (HubSpot) to drive visibility, accountability, and forecasting
Design and implement a scalable sales playbook rooted in the MEDPICC framework
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple segments
Identify and implement automation tools and AI workflows to increase sales velocity and team efficiency
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and success to align on messaging, lead quality, and customer feedback
Drive discipline around pipeline health, qualification, and conversion metrics
Sales leadership and strategy
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing B2B sales teams
Experience taking a startup from early traction to repeatable growth
Familiarity with building comp plans, onboarding, and team performance systems
Strong understanding of outbound/inbound strategies and lifecycle stages
Founder’s mindset—you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and lead with clarity and accountability
Sales methodology and systems
Deep understanding and hands-on application of the MEDPICC framework
Strong CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred) with experience customizing for sales workflows
Data-driven decision-maker who builds and manages pipeline by the numbers
Experience implementing automation tools and AI to reduce friction and scale faster
B2B SaaS and market experience
Proven success selling SaaS or fintech products to SMB and mid-market buyers
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales in fragmented industries
Hospitality tech or direct hospitality operations experience is a strong bonus
