Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
Launch both outbound and inbound outreach to restaurants, hotels, bars, and other hospitality businesses
Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers at SMB and mid-market accounts
Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain sales discipline
Apply MEDPICC principles to qualify, strategize, and win deals
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and feedback
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas aligned with 15x growth
Enhance sales collateral, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
Keep a pulse on hospitality trends, competitive landscape, and customer priorities
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or Fintech sales experience, selling to SMB or mid-market
A track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing new business
Strong CRM skills—HubSpot experience preferred
Familiarity with MEDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments
Genuine interest in hospitality and understanding of industry challenges
B2B SaaS & Market Experience
Proven success selling SaaS or fintech products to SMB and mid-market buyers
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales in fragmented industries
Hospitality tech or direct hospitality operations experience is a strong bonus
Nice to Haves
Direct experience with hospitality or hospitality technology accounts
Familiarity with sales enablement tools, automation, or AI-driven workflows
Continuous learner enthusiastic about sales best practices and methodologies
